&lt;p&gt;People always talk about getting shaky and throwing up and getting dizzy and light headed and feeling like shit… well… good :D My first 3 months of training for MMA was nothing but throwing up, now I can train 3-4 straight hours straight 3-4 days a week feeling pretty good the entire time.  I am sure if I wanted to push myself twice as hard I would feel the same way as when I started lol. But I don’t need to push it… yet… :P&lt;/p&gt;
